Challenge

This Amazon Seller helps brands dominate their category on Amazon — but needed a system to scale outbound and streamline lead qualification. Manual processes were slowing their ability to reach new partners effectively.

Approach

We built a one-click lead enrichment system inside Airtable, pushing enriched contacts directly into their CRM. On top of that, we set up a fully custom email sequence engine that sends 400+ structured emails daily across multiple domains. The next phase: automating inventory and order workflows end-to-end.
