Challenge

Bamboe.io, often called the Dutch Fiverr, connects companies with top-tier specialists. But managing the full project lifecycle — from briefings to contracts — was still largely manual and time-consuming.

Approach

We built an internal system that lets Bamboe manage projects from A to Z. Everything’s automated: sending out briefings, posting on LinkedIn, matching freelancers, and generating contracts and invoices. The entire flow now runs smoothly from one central platform.
