Challenge

Groeimetdata manages CRO for 40+ clients, but lacked a scalable system to centralize operations, reporting, and team coordination. Manually creating reports and managing cross-functional workflows was time-consuming and fragmented.

Approach

We built a fully automated system that generates client-facing reports in seconds using GSlides and Google Docs templates. The entire CRO operation — from developer/UX coordination to report delivery — now runs from one central Airtable backend. Connected forms (via Fillout) and integrations with Slack and Discord keep internal communication seamless.
