Challenge
Functional Patterns runs their gym bookings through Acuity, but lacked visibility into deeper data — from coach performance to client engagement. They needed a centralized system to manage operations and extract actionable insights.
Approach
We set up a custom CRM in Airtable where all bookings, payments, and orders flow in automatically from Acuity. Weekly dashboards track coach and client performance, and reports are sent out without lifting a finger. We also implemented a chatbot to boost conversions and streamline new bookings directly from the website.
