Maison Guava

Challenge

Maison Guava runs a high-end fashion store in Paris with a 20-person team and over 100 suppliers. Their backend operations — from lending and gifting to sales and stock management — were complex and scattered. They needed one central system to handle everything without disrupting daily workflows.

Approach

We built a fully automated backend system that tracks inventory, customer flows, gifting, and lending — all in sync with Shopify. For the in-store team, we built a custom internal app that allows staff to manage stock, customers, and orders in one place, without switching tools.
