Thrive Guides supports caregivers across the U.S., but their process for creating individual care plans was highly manual — taking up to 1.5 hours per plan. With growing demand, they needed to scale without compromising quality.
Approach
We introduced AI to generate complete care plans in under 2 minutes. Built a custom caregiver app where users can manage clients and request new plans with ease. The app is fully built in Softr, connected to an Airtable backend, with forms handled through Fillout. We also supported their website and integrated a chatbot for smoother client engagement.
