Vending Masters

Challenge

As the largest vending community in the Netherlands, Vending Masters needed full visibility into their financials. With course sales, ad spend, and multiple revenue streams, they lacked a clear picture of their monthly performance and outstanding member payments.

Approach

We built a system that tracks all Plug & Play payments and subscriptions in real-time — including overdue member payments. A full P&L dashboard now gives monthly clarity, pulling ad spend directly from TikTok and Facebook. For their second venture, Pico Plaza, we automated weekly client payouts along with invoice generation.
